Denali Landscape is a well-regarded company known for its comprehensive landscape jobs. However, it appears that they may struggle with communication and follow-up for smaller projects. In one particular instance, a customer had difficulties in receiving responses to their inquiries about a scheduled landscaping job.
The customer, Patrick Harlow, had a negative experience with Denali Landscape. He initially reached out to the company in May and was told that the work would be performed in late July or early August. However, after sending a message on July 21 and following up again later, he had not received a response from the company. This lack of communication left him uncertain about when the job would be completed.
While Denali Landscape has a strong reputation for large-scale projects, it seems that they may need to improve their communication for smaller jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
