Located in the heart of Vancouver, Trafiq Cafe & Bakery is a charming artisanal cafe and bakery that has been proudly serving the Riley Park neighborhood since 2011. Our spacious cafe, seating 30 guests, is designed with a European flair, offering a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for our customers. With sliding windows at the front of the cafe, daylight and fresh air pour in, creating a bright and welcoming environment.
Our Company History
Trafiq Cafe & Bakery was founded by Chef and owner Sergio Salamonovitz and his wife Shauna. With a passion for baking and hospitality, Sergio and Shauna opened the first Trafiq Cafe in West Vancouver in 2006, followed by the current location on Main Street in 2011. Sergio's formal training in baking by Belgian pastry chef Eddy Van Damme in Houston, Texas, has been the foundation of Trafiq's commitment to quality and technique.
