Our Story
Our journey began in the 1920s in the Castelli region of Italy, where our founders, Concentina and Carmen Mancini, farmed the land and dreamed of coming to Canada. Over the years, Carmen honed his craft, establishing himself as a renowned baker and beekeeper. His son, Dino, followed in his footsteps, attending George Brown College in Toronto to become a certified baking chef.
