Our Company History

DINEEN Construction Corporation has a rich history that spans over 90 years. Founded by Albert E. Rule, the company started as a small construction firm in Toronto during the early years. Throughout its journey, the corporation has been led by various owners, including Gerry Dineen and Keith Porter, who purchased the company in 1965. After Gerry Dineen's passing in 1977, Lloyd P. Kenyon managed the company until it was purchased by the Clarke family of Toronto in 1980. Under the leadership of Peter J. Clarke, LLB., the company has continued to thrive.
