Our Story
At Duncalfe Mechanical, we take pride in our rich history and commitment to innovation. Our journey began in 2002, when the Duncalfe family founded the company with the vision of building a small business that would support their family and leave a lasting legacy for generations to come. With a foundation of experience and a passion for new technology, we continually strive to improve our systems and processes.
Over the years, our team has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of our clients and the industry. In 2008, we completed our first large-scale project, which necessitated a move from our family garage to our first commercial space on Kensington Street. By 2014, we had grown to employ over 30-50 staff members.
As the company continued to expand, Jared and his brother Ben took on more prominent roles, focusing on pursuing a diverse client base across the country. We also began to focus on larger business opportunities, marking a significant milestone in our growth.
