Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Chris Surdykowski earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 1986. He has been practicing optometry in Kitchener for over 30 years, with a special interest in diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, contact lens fitting and assessment, and laser vision correction management. Dr. Anson Chan graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2001 and has been practicing optometry in Kitchener since 2002. He is an active researcher and clinical adjunct lecturer at the School of Optometry, with a focus on contact lenses and refractive surgery.
Our Clinic
Our clinic is conveniently located in Frederick Mall, one block from the Conestoga Parkway (Highway 85), and offers free parking and wheelchair accessibility. We are open Monday to Wednesday from 9 am to 8 pm, Thursday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and one Saturday a month. We are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
