Appointment Policy
At Relaxed Life Massage and Acupuncture, we understand the importance of respecting each other's time. That's why we implement a simple yet effective appointment policy. When you book an appointment with us, we set aside a dedicated time slot just for you. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and arrive on time. Missed appointments can be costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 80% fee of the full cost of the treatment.
