Insurance and Payment
At Regina Lakeview Dental Centre, we do not accept payment from private insurance companies. All dental services must be paid at the time of service or in advance. We do not have access to your insurance plan or what your plan covers. To provide the best patient care, we recommend treatment based on improving oral health, not according to what your insurance plan covers. We will accept payment from publicly funded insurance plans, but eligibility must be confirmed and approved in advance of treatment.
We understand that situations arise where you need to cancel your appointment. We respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
