Our Commitment

That's why we've stepped away from conventional pricing based on men's and women's cuts and now feature a service menu that includes everyone, regardless of how they choose to identify. Bad Experiences
Several customers had issues with the haircut they received. Iso Vairqz mentioned that the haircut they got from Carmen was "embarrassingly bad" and that they would have to wait for their hair to grow out for it to look like what they asked for. Paula Carerra had a bad experience with Carmen as well, stating that she found Carmen to be a racist and that she would not recommend her.
Good Experiences
On the other hand, many customers had a positive experience with the salon. Dustin, one of the stylists, was praised by multiple customers for his excellent haircutting skills, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail. Jessica Lavers mentioned that Dustin and Amber are "wonderful kind people who do a fantastic job" and that the salon is "beautiful and full of plants". Logan Lavertu, Brandon Therens, Erin Carmona-Baires, Hammad Abdullah, Jennifer McDonald, and Haley Parker all gave Dustin the highest rating possible, stating that he is the best stylist they have ever had and that they would highly recommend him.
