Excellent Service and Therapists
The reviews highlight the exceptional service and therapists at Evolve Health and Wellness. Many reviewers praise the reception staff, particularly Raseel, for their warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. The massage therapists, including Julia, Tina, Chetna, and Dr. Rooney, have received glowing reviews for their skill, knowledge, and caring approach. Several reviewers have mentioned that they have been going to Evolve for years and have seen almost all the therapists, who are all fantastic.
Rooms and Ambiance
The atmosphere at Evolve is described as clean, pleasant, and comfortable, making it an ideal environment for relaxation and treatment. Direct billing is also a plus for many reviewers.
Concerns and Issues
However, one reviewer, Deb H., had a disappointing experience due to a lack of professionalism from Dr. Rooney, including not apologizing for a wait and discussing inappropriate topics during the appointment. Linda Ramdhar had an even more distressing experience, feeling that Chetna's technique was unskilled and uncomfortable, and was dismissively handled by the receptionist.
