What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour cancellation notice for all services. Appointments cancelled without proper notice will be charged the full service amount.
Can pregnant women receive massage services?
Prenatal massages are available after the first trimester with specially trained therapists. Steam baths are not recommended for pregnant clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and gift cards for both products and services.
Are children allowed at the spa?
Children are not permitted except for scheduled Princess/Prince manicure/pedicure services that must be booked through reception.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer non-expiring gift cards available for purchase online or at our Red Deer location.

Unused products with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
