Our History
Our story began when Elke Churchman, who holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws degree, decided to leave her position in a large law firm to start her own practice. With her extensive experience in family law, litigation, and administrative law, she founded the Elke Churchman Law Office in 2012. In 2024, we welcomed Ben Mah, a seasoned lawyer, to our team, and we are pleased to announce that we have assumed his practice in Saskatoon and Watrous following his retirement.
