Nitration

As a leading supplier of nitration technology worldwide, our Nitration Division has commercialized a range of technologies in related applications. We have a broad range of experience in meeting our clients' local requirements and continue to innovate and provide solutions for new challenges. Our proprietary nitration technology has been implemented for customers all over the world, including the world's largest MNB plant.

Sulfuric Acid

Our Sulfuric Acid Division provides innovative process technology, engineering, and equipment to metallurgical, sulfur-burning, and acid regeneration acid plants. Our proprietary sulfuric acid concentration process is characterized by its energy economy, minimal losses of nitric acid, and sulfuric acid, and with the integration of our NO x Recovery technology, almost 100% yield of nitric acid.

Electrochemical

We specialize in developing and scaling up novel electrochemical processes. Our electrolyser systems have been designed and engineered for the energy storage, minerals processing, and organic synthesis industries.

Pulp & Paper

Our strategic focus is on adding value to forest products. We are industry leaders in System Closure methodologies that recycle mill waste streams, recover chemicals, and limit effluent and emissions.

Green Chemistry

NORAM brings a number of specific technologies to bear in the areas of renewable energy and sustainable chemical processes.

Wastewater

Our proprietary biological and hydrothermal processes are complemented by associate company Ecofluid Systems' smaller-scale biological plants.
