Our Story
At Culina Family of Restaurants, our passion is to create an unforgettable dining experience that brings people together. Established in 2004, our story began with the vision of our Founder and Executive Chef, Brad Lazarenko. A self-taught chef from Spruce Grove, Alberta and proud member of the Metis Nation of Alberta, Brad has dedicated his life to serving delicious and locally sourced comfort food.

Our journey began with the opening of our flagship restaurant in Edmonton's beautiful Millcreek neighbourhood. Our philosophy is simple - to provide quality and affordable comfort food using local ingredients from Albertan suppliers. With excellent reviews, we introduced Edmonton to Brad's unique culinary style, which has since been praised by food critics and enthusiasts alike.
