Services
Asphalt Roofing
Asphalt shingles combine durability with aesthetic versatility for Canadian climates. Dayus Roofing offers 3-tab, laminated, and designer shingles with lifetime warranties. Our GAF-certified installations follow building codes and manufacturer guidelines for maximum performance. We include roof deck protection, leak barriers, and optimized ventilation systems to ensure longevity.
Metal Roofing
Modern metal roofing provides 50+ year durability with minimal maintenance. Dayus installs standing seam, cedar shake, and slate-look systems with wind resistance up to 130 mph. Our installations include thermal movement accommodations and non-combustible fire protection. Canadian-made materials withstand freeze-thaw cycles while reducing cooling costs through solar reflectance.
Rubber Roofing
EuroShield rubber roofing replicates cedar shakes and slate with unmatched impact resistance. Made from 95% recycled materials, these roofs carry non-prorated lifetime warranties. Dayus' 20+ years of installation experience ensures proper drainage and weatherproofing. Class-4 hail resistance and 600-1,000 recycled tires per installation make this eco-friendly solution ideal for harsh climates.
Slate Roofing
Natural slate roofing offers centuries-long protection with timeless elegance. Dayus uses GAF TruSlate and quarried slate in multiple color variations. Our specialized installation includes structural assessments and traditional flashing techniques. While heavier than alternatives, slate provides unmatched UV resistance and requires minimal maintenance when properly installed.
Flat Roofing
TPO membrane systems deliver energy-efficient flat roofing solutions. Dayus' installations feature heat-reflective surfaces that reduce cooling costs by 20-30%. We ensure proper drainage angles and seam welding to prevent water infiltration. With hundreds of installations across Windsor-Essex, our team addresses common failure points like membrane bubbling and flashing deterioration.
