Issues with Customer Service and Follow-Up

She mentioned endless delays, poor book-keeping, and massive cost overruns, as well as a lack of follow-up from Dan regarding her satisfaction.
Repair Issues and Unresolved Concerns

Lindsey gave a 3-star rating, noting that while the design process was great and the work was done in the expected timeframe, there were issues with one of her showers that took over a year to resolve. She felt left in the middle of an awkward situation with a third-party contractor and was not happy with the initial response from Stattonrock. However, after her review, Stattonrock contacted her and resolved the issue.
