Service Issues and Unreliability
Many customers have reported issues with Checkmate Cabs' reliability and service. Eli Stocker experienced a situation where the driver prioritized other rides and left him waiting for 45 minutes without a call. Travel Agent had a dirty and damaged cab with a huge crack on the rear trunk, which was unacceptable, especially during pandemic times.
Barb Rowe pre-booked a cab and was told they had no cabs available in her new time window, and she was recommended to call a different cab company. Douglas Juhasz had a driver who didn't know how to drive and experienced dispatch unprofessionalism. Matt Dreger ordered a taxi through the app, but it didn't arrive, and he had to drive himself to the airport.
