Desa School of Karate is a traditional Okinawan karate school that has been in operation since 1996. Our school is dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for students of all ages and skill levels to learn the art of karate. Our History
Desa School of Karate was founded in 1996 by Sensei Manuel deSa, who is a 8th degree Black Belt and a highly respected instructor in the martial arts community. Sensei deSa has a deep passion for karate and has dedicated his life to sharing this art with others. Under his guidance, the school has grown and thrived, and we are proud to have a diverse student body and a team of experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential.

Our Facilities
Our school is located in St. Albert, Alberta, and has a spacious facility that is designed to provide the perfect training environment for our students. Our facility includes a 3000 square foot matted workout area, a 2000 square foot classroom, and a welcoming office space. We also have spacious change rooms with shower facilities for both men and women.
