Positive Experience
Most customers have praised the staff at Prime Insurance for being friendly, helpful, and professional. Many have mentioned specific staff members, such as Kal, Jasspreet, and Kuljeet, who went above and beyond to help them with their insurance needs. Some have also appreciated the family atmosphere and the fact that the business is family-run.
Negative Experience
A few customers have had a very negative experience, citing unprofessional behavior from staff, specifically Mark the broker, who allegedly raised his voice and did not let the customer explain their situation. The manager, Kul, was also criticized for not de-escalating the situation and not apologizing for the broker's behavior.
