Who We Are
We are a family-owned and operated business, proudly celebrating over 45 years of excellence in the jewellery industry. Founded by Donna in 1978, we have a rich heritage that is built on a strong foundation of quality, excellence, and customer satisfaction. Today, we are led by Doug, Donna's son, who has brought a new wave of innovation and expertise to the business. With a team of talented designers, goldsmiths, and professionals, we are dedicated to providing an unparalleled level of service and craftsmanship.
Our Services

From custom design and repair to restoration and appraisal, we have a team of experts who are dedicated to bringing your jewellery ideas to life. Our design team is comprised of certified gemologists and goldsmiths who work closely with each customer to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that meet their exact needs. Our repair services include on-site repairs, laser welding, and independent appraisals.
Meet The Team
Our team is comprised of talented professionals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. Our team includes Doug, who took over the family business nearly 30 years ago; Charlene, our in-house custom design specialist; Emma, who manages our sister store Hammond Jewellers and is a custom jewellery designer; Leigh, who specializes in insurance claims; Nancy, who is the unofficial queen of wrapping; Don, a certified gemologist who specializes in silver repairs and laser welding; Jill, who has many years of experience in customer service; and Christopher, one of our talented goldsmiths.
