What to Expect On Your First Visit
Your first visit with us typically takes about 90 minutes. During this initial consultation, our naturopathic doctor will complete a detailed intake, reviewing your health history, hormones, digestion, sleep, diet, stress, family history, and more. We will work together to clarify your specific health goals and create a personalized treatment plan, including natural treatment options and lab testing suggestions.
Lab Testing
Lab testing is an essential part of our diagnostic process. We use functional medicine lab ranges to obtain meaningful insights into your health. Our naturopathic doctors will provide you with a requisition, and you can have your blood drawn at a lab nearby to your home or work.
Insurance and Payment
We are a private clinic, and lab test requisitions are not covered by OHIP. Private (extended health) insurance may reimburse some or part of naturopathic lab fees. Please contact us to determine your level of coverage.
