Our Story
At Civilian Screen Printing, our journey began in the basement of our university student house in 2007. We were printing local band merchandise and our own clothing brand, ARC, to get our hands dirty and absolutely loved it. We started Civilian because, at that time, we couldn't get the quality we wanted for our own clothing from anyone in the industry. So, we established our first brick-and-mortar store on Duke Street that year. In 2008, we brought the company to a spot on Queen Street, where we remained for six years until expanding into office space on Ahrens Street. After outgrowing that, we made the big move to Hurst in 2023 and added more equipment to expand our capacity and capabilities. We've been serious from the beginning about offering the best-quality screen printing, and we've invested in top-notch equipment to ensure that quality.
Our Team

Our team includes Curt Crossman, our Founder and CEO; Joe Zimmer, our Operations Manager; Brendan Petrie, our Production Manager and Screen Printer; Ben Wilson, our Art and Customer Service Representative; Cody Lorbetskie, our Screen Printer; Roan Bateman, our Screen Printer; Aura Ortega, our DTG/Embroidery and Social Media Specialist; Jake Dodge, our Assistant/Shop Hand; and Kyle Watt, our Shipping and Receiving/Embroidery Specialist.
