Our Leadership

Our practice is led by Co-Founders and Managing Partners Zahra Marani and Zaynah Marani, who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their respective areas of practice. Zahra, a specialist in Real Estate and Private Lending Law, has a niche practice advising private investor clients on structuring transactions and guiding them through the closing process. With her extensive network, she provides her clients with further private finance opportunities. Zaynah, our Immigration Practice Lead, has a proven track record in advising multinational companies on global mobility needs, particularly in relation to relocating employees into Canada from abroad.
