At Holyrood Drycleaners, our story began in 1994 when my mother, Kuldeep Bolina, immigrated to Canada with my grandparents. With over 25 years of experience in the drycleaning industry, my mother studied tailoring in Punjab as a young woman and is a skilled seamstress and presser. She has experience in cleaning and repairing wedding dresses, leather and suede items, and most fabric items like dog beds and industrial clothing!
Our Commitments
At Holyrood Drycleaners, we are committed to reducing the amount of single-use plastics and unnecessary packaging we use in packaging our orders. We have switched our drycleaning machines from tetrachloroethylene or "perc" to the more environmentally friendly hydrocarbon machines. We are in the process of switching our stain tags, shirt bags, and zip ties to ones made of 100% recycled materials. We have also introduced reusable 2-in-1 laundry and garment bags to cut down on our use of single-use plastic garment bags.

Drycleaning
We use a Hydrocarbon drycleaning machine instead of traditional Tetrachloroethylene or "perc" machines, which allows us to minimize any damaging effects of dry cleaning. Whether it's a delicate garment or a tough stain, our experienced team will gently clean your items to preserve their original condition.
Alterations
We offer alterations of all shapes and sizes, whether that be simply needing a button reattached or resizing a whole suit jacket to fit you perfectly. Our team of skilled seamstresses and tailors will work with you to create the perfect fit for your needs.
Suede, Leather, and Fur
We offer leather, suede, and fur cleaning and alterations as well! The cleaning and repair of these items is done at our sister location, where our expert technicians will carefully restore your precious items to their original condition.
Wedding Gowns
Wedding Gowns are one of the most sentimental clothing items ever and we recognize their importance, but we also recognize that their cleaning and alteration costs shouldn't be sky-high. Our experienced team will gently clean and preserve your wedding gown, ensuring it remains in pristine condition for years to come.
Pound Laundry
Sometimes our laundry situation isn't as ideal as it should be. We offer pound laundry cleaning at the rate of $3.00 per pound. Whether you have a few items or a large load, we have the capacity to handle your laundry needs.
Restoration
Fire, flood, mold. Oh my! We are experienced in restoring your soft items to their glory days. This means from socks to curtains, we've got you covered. Our team of experts will carefully clean, restore, and preserve your precious items, bringing them back to their original condition.
