Physiotherapy

Registered Massage Therapy

Pilates
Our Pilates services are designed to empower individuals on their journey to improve their fitness and reach their functional goals. Our Pilates instructors create personalized programs, incorporating a range of exercises and techniques to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall physical function.
Intern Massage Therapy
Our intern massage therapists are either currently enrolled in or graduates from an accredited RMT program or awaiting their BC registration exams. Under the supervision of our experienced RMTs, our intern therapists gain valuable hands-on experience, learning a range of massage techniques and treatment methods. Our intern program provides patients with affordable, high-quality massage therapy services while also supporting the professional development of our future RMTs.
