Poor Experience

Although Dr. Jason was knowledgeable and nice, the reviewer felt that he prioritized business over empathy and was not prepared to have a difficult conversation about their 14-year-old Wheaten Terrier's declining health. The reviewer's dog, Angus, passed away two days after a routine tie-back surgery, which was supposed to extend his lifespan by a year or two. The reviewer felt that Dr. Jason let them down and that the surgery was not justified, leaving them with regret and a warning to other pet owners to make sure they are prepared to make difficult decisions at the end of their pets' lives.
