Two customers, Subeg Brar and Limmy Nguyen, both gave the company a 1-star rating. Subeg Brar mentioned that the address location, pick-up, and paperwork were all on different sides, causing frustration. Limmy Nguyen had a similar experience, checking in at 08:00 and checking out at 13:30, only to find that BOL needs an hour and a half to get done because the staff seems to have no clue what they loaded.
