As a Sudbury, Ontario-based photographer, I, Helga Himer, have had the privilege of serving families in the Greater Sudbury area and beyond for many years. My journey in photography began in my teenage years, when my uncle gifted me an old Minolta camera. I was captivated by the camera's ability to capture the beauty of the world around me, and I was soon hooked! I went on to complete a two-year photography course and honed my skills in manual black and white lab processing.
In 2007, I officially opened my business in Edmonton, where I continued to refine my craft through workshops and education. I have had the privilege of learning from industry icons such as Kelly Brown, Amy McDaniel, Nicole Smith, Ana Brandt, and Alli Peck from Glow Portraits.
