Salon Policies
At Chameleon Hair Salon, we understand the importance of effective communication and mutual respect for everyone's time. We have established the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients:
- Short Notice Cancellations and No-Show Policy: We require 24-hour notice to change or cancel an appointment. A $50 fee will be required to be paid before scheduling a new appointment. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the cost of the missed service will be required to be paid before booking another appointment.
