Dr. Moein Momtazi is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a clinical interest in complex oncologic reconstruction, breast surgery, and reconstructive microsurgery. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Manitoba.
