She took a chain she bought from the store to them for repair, but they told her it was fake and made of aluminum, and thus unable to fix it. However, when she took it to Cortesis in the Cobourg mall, she was told that the chain was 100% real gold. She advises against bringing items to Q's Royal Jewellery, accusing them of lowballing and lying.
