Services
Manual Therapy
Our manual therapy techniques involve skilled hand movements to manipulate joints and soft tissues, reducing pain and improving mobility. This approach benefits patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-injury recovery, or chronic pain. Our physiotherapists combine manual therapy with exercise programs to restore function and prevent future injuries.
Sports Rehabilitation
Specialized sports rehabilitation programs address athletic injuries through sport-specific exercises and performance optimization. Our team works with professional athletes and recreational sports participants to safely return to activity. Treatment includes biomechanical analysis, strength training, and injury prevention strategies tailored to each sport's demands.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This non-invasive treatment accelerates recovery for tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and other repetitive strain injuries. Our certified therapists administer targeted shockwave treatments to improve blood flow and tissue regeneration.
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
Comprehensive post-operative care follows surgical procedures with phased rehabilitation programs. Our physiotherapists collaborate with surgeons to ensure proper healing while restoring mobility and strength. Treatment includes scar management, joint mobilization, and progressive exercise programs for optimal recovery outcomes.
Injury Prevention Programs
Custom injury prevention programs identify movement imbalances and develop corrective strategies to reduce injury risk. These programs benefit athletes and active individuals through biomechanical assessments, strength training, and sport-specific conditioning. Our physiotherapists create tailored plans to maintain optimal physical performance.
