Staff Issues and Communication
Author Eileen Matthews shared a disappointing experience with the day care, stating that everything was fine until the primary caregiver left, followed by staff changes and a lack of communication. The children began calling her son "bad boy" without any intervention from the staff or new coordinator, which was concerning given their involvement in "All kids belong."
Appreciation for Staff
On a more positive note, Cassandra Marks expressed gratitude towards Shelley Noonan for her extra efforts with the children, stating that the kids love her.
Abuse Concern
Adnan Hossain Khan reported a disturbing incident where his child was abused at the school, and without notice, was forced to remove his child due to head lice, despite there being no signs of lice in her hair.
Staff Praise
Soheila Mahdi had a positive experience at Whitehill Child Care, praising the staff for their friendliness, caring nature, and patience with the children. They planned activities based on the children's needs and interests, and her son was sad to leave the school in September.
