Milling
Our milling services cover a wide variety of machining operations, including 5-axis capabilities, allowing intricate precision for small parts as well as the capacity for large, heavy-duty milling. Turning
We are proud to announce a new machine to our fleet - a Swiss-made lathe capable of smaller precision parts and large production runs! Our turning services also include several large versatile lathes for precision machining of hard materials. We can handle various types of materials, from soft plastics to hard nickel-based alloys, and deliver high-quality, precise results.
EDM
Boreal Machine uses a wire and hole drilling electrical discharge machine primarily for hard metals proved difficult to machine with traditional techniques. Our EDM services offer a high degree of precision and can handle complex shapes and contours, making it an ideal solution for various industries.
Quality Control
For unsurpassed quality control, Boreal Machine uses a Contura II with Calypso software from ZEISS for flexible, reliable, and uncompromising quality assurance. We are excited and proud to announce an addition to our fleet! A Tornos GT 32 Swiss style lathe that is capable of high volume production of parts 1-1/4 diameter or smaller. Quantities of 100s, 1000s, or more are possible at competitive pricing and quick lead times!
