At Callidus Engineering, we are a team of experienced and skilled engineers who have been dedicated to making buildings work for over 15 years. Our mission is to provide innovative engineering solutions, coupled with exceptional customer service, to our clients across various sectors. Our team is comprised of 18 licensed professional engineers, licensed across nine provinces and three territories in Canada. We have a deep understanding of the needs of our clients, and our extensive experience enables us to apply solutions across various sectors, from residential and commercial to community gatherings, healthcare, industrial, institutional, transportation, and hospitality.

Our History

Callidus Engineering was established in 2005 by its founders, Grant Hall, Michael Gubesch, and Matthew VanGilst. The company has grown from nine employees in 2005 to over 45 employees today, with a team of 18 licensed professional engineers licensed across Canada. Our founders' commitment to meeting client needs, combined with their extensive experience and expertise, has enabled us to build a strong reputation in the engineering industry.
