Services
Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting services utilize CO2 and fiber lasers to handle materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. With automated systems and dual pallet capabilities, we ensure high-speed, precise cuts for complex projects. This service caters to industries requiring tight tolerances and efficient production of intricate metal components.
Welding
We offer TIG and MIG welding certified to CWB standards for carbon, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our 18 welding stations support diverse project scales, from small repairs to large industrial builds. With project-dependent lead times, we deliver durable, code-compliant welds for automotive, transit, and mechanical ventilation applications.
Brake Press
Our brake press services handle metal forming and bending with capacities up to 400 tons and 9-axis control. Equipped with back gauges for precision, we accommodate thicknesses from 0.135 to 1 inch. This capability supports complex fabrication needs, ensuring repeatable accuracy for structural and industrial components.
Machining
Our CNC machining centers and lathes provide heavy-duty cutting for large workpieces up to 4409 lbs. With 3-axis vertical mills and 2-axis lathes, we produce high-precision parts for automotive and industrial clients. Large table sizes and turning capabilities ensure versatility for complex assemblies.
Plasma Cutting
Plasma cutting services handle thick steel and stainless steel up to 4 and 1.5 inches, respectively. With a dual-side system and 0.01 tolerance, we deliver efficient, precise cuts for construction and industrial projects. This complements our laser cutting for materials where plasma provides optimal results.
