Empowering Healing, Guided by Compassion

Welcome to Cedar and Sage Physiotherapy, a place where wisdom, talent, and skill come together to provide the highest quality care using an individualized, whole person approach. Our team of experienced physiotherapists is dedicated to identifying the root cause of dysfunction and providing treatment and education to prevent re-occurrence. We aim to create an open-hearted and caring environment where you can feel comfortable and supported on your journey to healing.

We are proud to offer online booking, and our front desk is available to answer any questions, provide guidance, or assist with further booking inquiries. We have a therapy dog on-site, Molly, who is hypoallergenic and very friendly, adding an extra layer of comfort and care to your visit.

At Cedar and Sage Physiotherapy, we acknowledge and thank the Lkwungen People, also known as the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations communities, for allowing us to live, work, heal and play on their lands. We give thanks to the ancestors, supernatural ones, hereditary leaders and matriarchs, creatures big and small for looking after the rich resources and cultural teachings of this beautiful land.

She has extensive experience working with individuals with all areas of injury/pain including high performance athletes. Felicity combines high-level education and current research with traditional healing modalities, including ConnectTherapy, The Thoracic Ring Approach, Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and techniques to calm the Nervous System to facilitate healing. She provides compassionate, empathetic, professional care, focusing on identifying the primary cause of your problem, leading to lasting pain relief and restoration of function and performance.

Stephanie Meier

Stephanie Meier's goal as a physiotherapist is to work with you to create a plan that will allow you to reach your goals, feel better in your body and move how you want, when you want. Stephanie believes in a whole body approach and incorporates a model developed by Dr. Linda-Joy Lee called ConnectTherapy. This is a functional, hands-on model that takes into consideration the whole person-not just the area that is painful or symptomatic. Using her skills she works to find the root cause of your pain/symptom. Stephanie also has special interest and advanced training in vestibular/dizziness disorders, post-concussion vision retraining and vestibular disturbances. As a lifelong learner, she is continually improving her skills to provide the best care for her patients.

Stephanie has completed courses in soft tissue techniques, anatomical acupuncture, strength and conditioning, IMS/Dry needling, neuro dynamic mobility and has assisted with Dr. Linda-Joy Lee on her ConnectTherapy Series and short courses. She has also completed a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oregon State University and was immediately accepted to the University of Toronto where she completed her physiotherapy degree.
