Our Programs
At Toronto Kyokushinkai Karate, we offer a variety of programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Our programs include:
- Kids' Karate Programs: Our kids' programs are designed to promote character building, strength, and flexibility, while teaching the value of discipline and self-control. We offer classes for children aged 4-6 and 7-12, with separate classes for beginners and advanced students.
- Adult Karate and Kickboxing Programs: Our adult programs cater to individuals of all skill levels and body types. We offer classes in traditional Kyokushinkai Karate, as well as kickboxing and Bulgarian Bag training.

Our History
Toronto Kyokushinkai Karate was founded over 12 years ago by Sensei Darren Lenkorn, Yondan, who is our Head Instructor and Branch Chief for Toronto, Ontario. Under Sensei Darren's guidance, our dojo has grown and evolved, becoming a staple in the downtown Toronto community.
