Our portfolio spans a wide range of project types, from Architecturally designed Resort homes and innovative Infill housing projects in downtown cores, to commercial and industrial projects such as Timber frame Daylodges, Hotels, Brownfield infill townhomes, Concrete Tilt-up lighting factories, and Catholic Churches.

In 2012, we were a finalist for the Custom Home valued between $1,500,000 and $3,000,000 at the Canadian Homebuilder's Association Georgie Awards (Kicking Horse Residence). That same year, principal David Ratzlaff received the Herman Rebneris Memorial Award from the Canadian Homebuilder's Association. We have also been named one of the Top 120 Kootenay Employers and Top 50 Businesses in the Kootenays by Kootenay Business Magazine, and David Ratzlaff was named Business Entrepreneur of the Year and Business of the Year by the Kicking Horse Country Chamber of Commerce.
