Our pre-purchase home inspections take approximately 2-3 hours depending on the condition, age, and size of the house. We encourage homeowners to participate in the inspections if possible and ask questions when needed. Our comprehensive report will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection. We also include a free 150-page home owner's manual, "How to Operate Your Home", from Mr. Fix it.
