At Complete Care Chiropractic, our Barrie Chiropractors employ a range of thoroughly researched manipulative therapy techniques, including Diversified Manual Adjustments, which represent the traditional adjustment approach. Dr. Tim Lahn
Dr. Tim Lahn has been proudly serving the Barrie area as a Chiropractor since 2016. It’s important to understand that no two cases are exactly the same, which is why Dr. Tim uses an individualized approach to every patient he sees, and draws from quite a few different tools and techniques to get the best results he can. Dr. Tim uses diversified chiropractic adjustments, including manual adjustments, drop piece adjusting, and instrument assisted adjustments. Some of the other techniques he uses include contemporary medical acupuncture, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), myofascial release, kinesiology taping, electrical stimulation (IFC/TENS), and ultrasound therapy. He is also knowledgeable about rehabilitative exercises, and encourages his patients to be a participant in their own recovery.
Dr. Robert Bilow
Dr. Robert Bilow has been a chiropractic practitioner since 2016 and worked throughout Barrie, Toronto, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville and Vaughan. During this time, he has had experience working with a large variety of clientele, including expectant mothers, youth, elderly, athletes, weekend warriors, and homeless or under-housed. This is where he developed the core belief that there is no such thing as a one-size fits all approach to healthcare. Different people have different problems and, naturally, those require different approaches to care.

Dincy Bedwawala is excited to join Complete Care Chiropractic as a Physiotherapist. She is an enthusiastic and passionate physiotherapist who provides hands-on, one-on-one treatment to ensure a tailored and goal oriented treatment protocol for each of her patients.
Her priority is to keep her patients engaged, understanding the treatment process, and creating an interactive environment for them to participate in their care, by combining active exercise with therapeutic modalities.

Kathy McKim Rmt
Kathy McKim has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1999, with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, her over 20 years experience lends to a wide range of massage styles and techniques. Kathy combines relaxation massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. A combination of these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from everyday use or injuries from overuse.
Chad Gatrell Rmt
Chad has been serving the community as an RMT in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2011. After graduating with honors from the Georgian College Fast-Track Massage Therapy program, he has acquired a great deal of experience with clientele in long-term care, those in assisted living, while predominantly treating clientele in both Chiropractic and Rehabilitative settings. Additionally, his experience as an educator for the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College has allowed Chad to consistently challenge and augment his approach to treatment and assessment, helping him to develop a very focused therapeutic style.

Excellent experience at this clinic so far! I have been suffering with continuous back and hip pain for more than 6 months and I have seen multiple healthcare professionals with no improvement. After just a few visits with Dr. Tim Lahn, I have almost no pain in my back and my hip is improving nicely. Tim is a good communicator and a talented chiropractor. The clinic is clean and organized. Highly recommend!

It was my first time coming to this clinic. Dr. Tim was very helpful and pleasant. He explained everything very carefully, and patiently responding all my questions. He was very attentive with my past health issues and concerns. It was very easy to communicate with the staff. And it was very helpful that they had a Direct Billing for Insurance. The cleanliness of the clinic really impressed me. Will be back for followups and will bring my family members.

I wrecked my back one week before a very active holiday in Switzerland, and I credit Dr. Bilow for the virtually pain-free holiday I enjoyed with lots of hiking, biking and even paragliding :) He was very helpful both in-office and with the stretches he gave me to complete at home. This was my first experience with a chiropractor as well and he made it very easy. Further, although I didn't receive care from Dr. Lahn, I know him to be kind and friendly (to say the least). I'm certain he would be an excellent choice for care as well.

I went to chiropractor for the first time, Robert did a great job. Hes very easy to talk to, tells you everything hes doing and why. I didnt have much wrong with me other than a sore neck sometimes. He found a few spots that hurt that I didn't know had issues and fixed them. Definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Lahn for several years and every time we look forward to our appointments. We are blessed to be in the hands of the best chiropractor in Barrie and surrounding area. Dr Lahn is a very knowledgeable and compassionate about his practice and care. The table he uses for adjustments is a necessity and is surprisingly comfortable. As long as we live in Barrie, Dr Tim will always be our go to. Highly recommended.

Dr. Tim Lahn is amazing! He is very kind and knowledgeable. He explains everything to ensure your comfort and he takes pride in helping you achieve results. I have referred many family and friends who also appreciate his professionalism and easy going personality. I was never a fan of having my bones adjusted but after being in a car accident a few years ago, Dr. Tim worked with me for months on my recovery and now I just see him when needed.

I have seen Dr. Rob for a couple of issues now and I always leave feeling great. He's very friendly, knowledable, and patient. He takes the time to provide the necessary treatment for me to feel better. I've been to other chiropractors that seem to rush through the appointments, but Dr. Rob genuinely cares. I have also seen the RMT Chad and had a great experience. I left my massage feeling relaxed and without the pain I came in with. I would highly recommend the team at Complete Care Chiropractic!

I've been having neck pain for at least 2 years, often felt the pain and tension whenever I look up. This was my first visit to Chiro. Dr. Tim was phenomenal, the neck adjustment he gave was an instant relief on my neck. I'm able to turn my head a lot easier and the grinding sound has disappeared by at least 60%.

I started seeing Dr. Rob after I injured my back, beginning of November 2022. My husband has been seeing Dr. Tim for awhile and has nothing but GREAT things to say about him. So when I got injured, I figured I'd try them out as well. I've had mixed experiences with chiropractors in the past, but have been nothing but impressed with Dr. Rob. He's very good at making you feel comfortable and talks you through what he's doing. Dr. Rob is also really great with addressing any new issues I may be having.
I always feel relief by the time I leave! Also, the online booking is fantastic (especially for people with anxiety- no phone calls!) and super easy to use. Really enjoy going to Complete Care Chiropractic and cannot recommend them enough!

My RMT, Shayla, whos basically out of this world at her job and so incredibly professional for so many years, can't say enough how much I appreciate her. She moved to this convenient location off the highway behind the OPP station. Never do I run into traffic jams and the facility is ultra clean, everyone there is duely respectful of each other, I always look forward to attending my sessions. This place is basically the EASY button. Oh yea! There's always a perfect parking spot available!

Dr. Mike is the kindest person and very knowledgeable in his profession. I have had chronic back pain for the past five years from horseback riding injuries, and Dr. Mike was able to relieve that greatly after only a few sessions. I went to Complete Care Chiropractic for back pain - Dr. Mike was very thorough with examining me and my treatment - I was back to myself within no time! Dr. Mike is so patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. Online booking was so easy and the intake form you could do before hand saved a lot of time and was very detailed. Due to a car accident I've been in and out of chiropractors since I'm 19. I LOVE Dr Tim! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to address all your questions. You do not feel rushed like in other places. He gives you treatment specifically for your needs. Not a same shoe fits everyone type chiropractor. Always gives you helpful exercises to take home and improve your muscle health. 100% recommend!

When I came into the clinic I had so many questions about my health. Not only all my questions were answered but received tips to improve by overall health. I felt great after every treatment and I never felt pressured that I had to keep coming back. I continue to go for periodic check ups. I highly recommend the clinic to everyone. Dr. Tim Lahn treated my niece who came to him for help for ongoing migraine issues. He was so encouraging to her, so helpful and kind. She left her very first appointment from him actually crying, she was so grateful for his help and gentle manner. She had been to another person, who had said there was nothing my niece could do and to just get used to having migraines for the rest of her life. I went in today for an emergency visit with Dr. Tim Lahn. I was in a lot of pain and he made sure I was seen the same day (only a few hours later). I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and felt better. He showed me some stretches to try at home and was genuinely invested in me feeling better. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Highly Recommend Dr. Mike! He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, what he was looking for, and the concerns he had in which brought me in. He also provided me with a recommendation of how often and how long I should come for my ailments clear up. and exercises I can do at home to ensure a speedy recovery. Also on another occasion I took my daughter to get a routine check.
He was able to diagnose issues that I had with her while she was in the womb, just by doing a physical exam of my daughter. He took the time and patience to work with a infant to ensure she would be in no pain, and not scared. I saw major improvements with my daughter.

Dr. Mike was very welcoming and friendly. He provided me excelent care and even gave me great tips for homecare as well. I'm recomending my friend to bring her daughter in for her recent MVA.
