Excellent service. James was on time, and called to say he was on the way. He went over everything with us before beginning so we all had a common understanding of what was required. He was very neat doing the cleaning, and all was left in great condition. We would use your services again, and recommend you to anyone else looking for this type of service.

Had our carpet cleaned and we were not happy with the result as there were many spots left along with a couple of bigs ones. Contacted chem dry and the owner Mike said he would be over right away with someone to re do it. Few things slipped through the cracks and they never ended up coming. Sent a couple of emails with no reply and I could not call to follow up because I was usually working during business hours.

Finally Mike reached out once again and apologized for everything that had happened. He was so kind and wanted to do whatever it took to make us happy. He ended up refunding the entire amount, and offered to come back and re clean. I don't think it was deliberate in them not getting back to me and was an honest mistake. They truly are a great company and are here to make you happy. Would recommend!

Mike did an awesome job. Carpets look brand new. He took care of the cat pee stains. A very friendly personable guy.

Hugo and his assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They performed a deep clean of my hardwood floors and the results were like night and day! He thoroughly explained the process and was honest to tell me what services I would not need (based on the type of hardwood floor we had) which saved me some money. He showed me the water in his machine which picked up so much dirt that mopping left behind. Very happy with the service! :)

James came to our rental to do a move out clean of our carpets, we had 3 dogs in the home so there was quite a bit of embedded dog fur and he did an absolutely great job! Thank you so much James!

Quick and efficient is how I describe this company. The tech was very knowledgeable about leather and very respectful and kind. Same with tools that were non destructive to the house and furniture. He explained how to maintain my leather couches and how to keep them reconditioned for the future. I 1000% recommend this company for any of your carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Great job done on our berber very dirty carpet including stairs. It hadn't been done for years in anticipation of removing it. We've had two senior dogs for the last 1.5 years and for 1 year in 2020. Though they are still good for outdoor training and shed little, they lay on the carpet leaving oils, hair behind. My husband (untrained!) has to wear shoes in the house so he carries dirt and kitchen floor spills as well as outdoor dirt on the bottom of his shoes. The tech worked hard to clean it and I wish I had before photos to show the difference. The cost was reasonable.

The carpet, including stairs, had not been cleaned in many years, and it now looks as good as new. We are very impressed with the service and result. I would highly recommend this company - 5 stars!

I was in need of a semi-urgent dryer duct cleaning, and was able to get an appointment the next day. Hugo was on time (could even come earlier if I was home) and very pleasant and informative. Excellent service from beginning to end. Chem-Dry and BJ far surpassed my expectations after previous failed attempts by other carpet cleaning companies. It was a difficult job and our carpet had significant damage. They pulled off the impossible and I would HIGHLY recommend this company as they are the best of the best. The entire process was stress free from beginning (wonderful admin staff on phones) to end (finished product).

I have found my go to company and I now plan to have them back in two weeks to clean the rest of the carpets in our house.
