Working with the team at Mr. Trim has been great. They return all correspondence in a timely manner and answer all questions, no matter what they are. They are prompt and show up when they advise they will. Cost is reasonable. They also made visits to my home when I asked to answer any questions I had about my lawn care. They are very flexible in the services they offer and offer recommendations when asked but they don't push services on you.

Good regular lawn maintenance! Just one thing they need to improve a bit is to let the person who pickup customers phone calls have more ideas about the schedule and whats going on on new customer requests. When I first called to ask for a service, the lady who picked up my call just tell me to wait for a call back. She had no idea about the schedules. Which I later found out, the lawn carer had already done the job that morning

Mr. Trim is fantastic they showed up on time and were very friendly and professional they weeded my flower beds and lay my mulch down beautifully they also put my solar lights back in and around my flower beds and I can't wait to see how it looks like this evening with all my backyard lights on. They quoted me a reasonable price for the work and went above and beyond I would definitely recommend Mr. Trim to anyone needing lawn care. Amy Taylor

The team quickly cleaned our larger corner lot and cleared our gardens of all the dead perrenials. Big job that I couldn't take on this year. Some communication problems since I didn't hear back after accepting the estimate and didn't know if and when they were coming to do the work. Very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend to others.

I have used Mr Trim's winter maintenance service and I had very pleasant experience with them. Their crew had been on time and cleared the snow, salted the driveway and sidewalk on time and had been judicious about it based on the weather forecasts. Lisa is very responsive and helps over email. However, I would really like to see their website improve, be more user friendly and self-served. It wasn't easy to use but I had no issues communicating over email.

These folks were good enough to call me and set me straight. Seems as though Mr. Trim Pruning is as per Google search, permanently closed. We have been using Mr Trim for a number of years now, specifically for snow ploughing. What I like about them is their ability to listen to your needs and suggestions. It is a big deal to have the snow dumped in a safe location, and where it won't damage the property. We also have a large parking lot and these guys will now come out and clear between the cars. Their pricing is fair, and they are good at responding to phone inquiries. We will continue to use their great services and would recommend them.

Alex leveled and added our lawn completely a month ago and it has been looking better than ever. It was a crazy mess before. Now my child can play and run around without falling due to the bad leveling that was prevalent before. Fantastic guy great price and probably the best price from the 5 quotes I got in the Durham region.
