The house is amazing. Lots of room for all 10 of us and comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for four out of the five bedrooms. The dining room table easily sat everyone, as did the living room. The kitchen is very big with lots of room for cooks and onlookers and well stocked with equipment. The Premium Experiences staff were very responsive as well. We will be back!

Our experience for 5 nights at the Cypress Sky Retreat through Premium Experiences Whistler was truly exceptional. We have travelled extensively and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a high level of customer service. The chalet itself was stunning and perfect in every way for a group of 12 (7 adults and 5 children) and all of our requests were addressed immediately. Thanks Leanne and Maria for all your help! We'll be back!

Our family stayed for a month. The home was just like the pictures and the view was amazing with ski-in/out. The staff took great care of us and made sure every detail was covered, they made sure our stay was as carefree as possible for an unforgettable trip. We are already in discussion with Premium Experiences to book again for next year. Highly recommended

Overall exceptional property. Above and beyond on many things you wouldnt think of such as boot warmers, heated towel racks, smart toilets. Check in time got pushed back an hour and unfortunately could not check out an hour later which was a bit disappointing, but we understand how busy the property is and how much dedication they put into making it exceptional for the next guest, so didnt take away from the experience.

We had a fantastic stay in Whistler all due to the massive support and help from the Premium Experiences Whistler team. From helping us to navigate the ups and downs of COVID travel restrictions, to ensuring we were set up for some fun when we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay a trip of a lifetime. Last minute reservations when everything was booked solid felt impossible, but Maria and team pulled it off! Each place we ate was fantastic and even had a friend of the team's drop in on our dinner to ensure we were enjoying ourselves! We hope to be back to Whistler again next year and will be looking forward to working with the Premium Experiences Whistler team again.

Started off with a PEW's mismanagement of a lower advertised priced unit on AirBnB that resulted in us getting compensated with a slightly smaller unit at a discounted price which was still more expensive than the original booking. Nonetheless, we understood it was a long weekend and didn't have any other options. We stayed in a teched out, beautifully remodeled and fully stocked 3 bdr townhouse on Painted Cliff - it was a great place for our family and kids loved it! Location was super quiet and easy to get to by car - transit was on strike so we couldn't take advantage of the shuttle. We definitely will go through PEW for this or another one of their properties the next time we visit Whistler, again.

Our stay at the Kadenwood Alpyn Estate was absolutely magical! We loved the views, the privacy, and the amenities, including but not limited to the hot tub, steam room, private gondola access and Sonos sound system.
Sonja, our Account Manager, was also so great to work with. She was so helpful, welcoming and informative. I highly recommend both the company and the property!
