I highly recommend Polar Bear Spray Foam and their asbestos abatement program. I recently purchased a home on Manitoulin Island and this company was quick and easy to work with. As I was navigating the purchase of a home, an inspection revealed vermiculite in the attic (which can contain asbestos). This meant that we could not get home insurance, therefore we could not proceed with the purchase of our home. I was told by my realtor and inspector that this may delay the home purchase by a few months because of the lack of asbestos testing services available on Manitoulin Island. Thankfully, I found Polar Bear Spray Foam who were able to get the asbestos testing completed, with the results back to me, within FOUR business days!
