I have had great experiences with this agency. A few years ago I I worked with David O'Connell who worked patiently to find us a good insurance solution over Christmas when our old insurer cancelled and Geico was unable to help. More recently I have worked with Sonia Carneiro. She patiently explained the pros and cons of quotes from various sources. We just got a puppy not covered by our existing policy and she identified which insurers will consider our dog breed an acceptable risk and found a very reasonably priced solution. I would highly recommend this agency and Sonia, especially if you have a dog breed that are considered risky

As a small remodeling business in Springfield MA of 14 years, I switched all my insurance; auto, liability, worker's comp to a bundle with Kovalev Insurance. I will save thousands this year and they did all the work setting it up. I waited a few months to leave a review to see if there would be issues. I have communicated with Sofia a number of times for various reasons since then and it has been flawless. Five stars without hesitation.

The agent didn’t just mindlessly propose some insurance option; instead, he first took the time to explain our situation in detail and with patience, the reasons why we found ourselves in it, and then carefully went through all the options available to us until we arrived at the optimal one. Excellent communication, excellent follow-up without any unnecessary pressure or pushy sales tactics. It truly felt like someone was making an effort for us and advocating on our behalf.

David put together a terrific package to get me the right coverage for a fantastic price much more affordable than what I was paying. Sonia was exceptional at her job! She saved me significantly on my policy compared to my previous. She was very thorough explaining every detail included. We have been using Kovalev Ins Agency for over 20 years. We were always getting the best options for auto and home insurances. I’ve been with Kovalev Insurance Agency since they opened in the early 90s. They have never disappointed me. Always responsive and supportive. Always looking for the best value for me. I dealt with several employees of the agency over the years and all of them were extremely professional, polite and friendly. I have never had to wait for more than an hour to receive an email response or a call back. If my agent was unavailable, their colleagues would eagerly help. I even asked my current agent, Sonia Carneiro, to advise my son who lives in a different state on his insurance. She called him herself and answered all of his questions.

My husband and I were looking to replace our auto insurance with another company's. I looked for insurance agencies online and Kovalev was by far superior to the other two I contacted. Kovalev's agent, Katya, was so responsive, helpful, and interested in what I needed. She offered several quotes for auto insurance from different companies, explaining their different features. She was very clear and knowledgeable about all my questions. She followed up in a timely way and we have the new policy now. Katya responded to me in a way that let me know she was really working for me and interested in my business. I can't say that about the other agencies.

I could not be happier with my experience with Kovalev Insurance. As a first time car and insurance buyer, I was initially unfamiliar with how the the insurance buying process worked. Sonia, the agent I worked with, was clearly very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly from our first conversation. She answered every question I had and walked me through the process step-by-step.
