Our Founder

Lawrence Lim, our President, is a Chartered Management Accountant with a Master's Degree in Management from England. He has a rich background in the industry, having worked as a Vice-President for a major real estate holding company in Vancouver and later joining the commercial real estate brokerage sector. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and English, which has enabled him to effectively communicate with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Lawrence is well-known for his professionalism, integrity, and extensive market knowledge, as well as his excellent interpersonal skills.
