Our Purpose

Community Impact Real Estate Society (CIRES) is a social enterprise dedicated to fostering thriving, equitable, and inclusive local economies and communities through curated commercial real estate. We prioritize creating complete neighborhoods by offering affordable spaces for small businesses, non-profits, and social enterprises.

Who We Are

Our team of experienced professionals combines deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market with a passion for social impact. We believe that sustainable and inclusive economic development goes beyond simply generating profits. We prioritize creating a balanced portfolio that serves the diverse needs of the community.

Our Portfolio

Our current portfolio consists of 53 commercial units in 29 buildings across Vancouver's inner city, encompassing over 112,452 square feet. This diverse portfolio provides a platform to support various community endeavors.
