Pre-Construction & Design

General Contracting

Our general contracting services involve traditional construction methods, where the design team is chosen first to complete the working drawings and specifications. Based on the drawings, we provide a stipulated sum or fixed sum quote to cover the total cost of construction, including overhead, general conditions, materials, equipment, and labor. This approach ensures that our clients receive a comprehensive and transparent estimate of the costs involved in their project.

Design-Build

In our design-build delivery model, we take over responsibility for the design team, submitting a lump sum contract price to provide construction drawings, permits, and to construct the project based on a set of agreed-upon criteria. This approach offers a single point of contact for the entire construction project, streamlining the process and providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Construction Management

Construction management involves a collaborative approach, where the client pays a management fee to act as their representative. We work closely with the client to make decisions on which subtrades are hired, ensuring that the project receives the best value for the budget without compromising on quality. Our construction management services provide clients with the flexibility to take an active role in the project while ensuring that the construction process runs smoothly and efficiently.
