Our Unique Approach
Unlike traditional lenders, we offer open mortgages with no penalties for early partial or full payouts. We believe that if our borrowers want to pay out their mortgages, we should not penalize them for doing so. Additionally, all of our mortgages have free renewals, a feature that is rare in the industry. Most private lenders charge significant fees for renewing a mortgage, but not us. We also do not charge interest on unadvanced funds, which can be a significant cost savings for our borrowers.
